Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase or the commencement of the consulting services, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

In cases where services have been partially completed, or where you have received some of the deliverables, a partial refund may be issued at the discretion of Zoran Mitrović Consulting. The amount refunded will be proportional to the uncompleted portion of the services.

Once your refund request is received and evaluated, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a specified period, typically within 7-10 business days.
If you wish to cancel a service, you must provide written notice at least 14 days prior to the scheduled start of the service. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the service start date may incur a cancellation fee.
After the 30-day period has expired, no refunds or exchanges will be issued. However, we remain committed to working with you to address any concerns or issues you may have with the services provided.
