Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund Eligibility

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase or the commencement of the consulting services, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Conditions for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

The service must be incomplete or have not met the agreed-upon deliverables as outlined in the contract or proposal.
You must notify us in writing of your intent to request a refund within 30 days of the initial payment or service commencement date.

Partial Refunds

In cases where services have been partially completed, or where you have received some of the deliverables, a partial refund may be issued at the discretion of Zoran Mitrović Consulting. The amount refunded will be proportional to the uncompleted portion of the services.

Non-Refundable Fees

Certain fees are non-refundable, including:

Administrative fees incurred in the process of onboarding or documentation.
Any costs related to third-party services or products that were procured on your behalf.
Consultation fees for services that were fully delivered and completed within the 30-day period.

Refund Process

Once your refund request is received and evaluated, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a specified period, typically within 7-10 business days.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel a service, you must provide written notice at least 14 days prior to the scheduled start of the service. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the service start date may incur a cancellation fee.

No Refunds After 30 Days

After the 30-day period has expired, no refunds or exchanges will be issued. However, we remain committed to working with you to address any concerns or issues you may have with the services provided.
