who is Zoran Mitrovic?

There is a big story in short.
My name is Zoran Mitrovic, and I was born in Kragujevac, Serbia, in 1988. I studied Ecology and Tourism, which ignited my passion for sustainable development. After completing my degree, I actively sought opportunities for professional and personal growth, leading me to the NGO sector. Alongside several colleagues, I co-founded an ecological association called “Eko fun kamp” in 2011. I participated in numerous Erasmus projects both in Serbia and across Europe.
Experience
After this period, I delved into writing programs and projects for two entities—one in Serbia and another in Spain. Approximately two and a half years later, I collaborated with friends in Belgium and support them to establish another association. Recently, I took the leap to open my own consulting agency, specializing in Erasmus programs/projects and business consulting.
My mission is to foster meaningful connections, create sustainable opportunities, and empower individuals and organizations to navigate the complexities of the modern world. I believe in the power of collaboration, innovation, and a shared commitment to creating a brighter future.

I recognized a significant gap between the business sector and young people seeking employment, and I decided to bridge this divide. My agency specializes in Erasmus programs/projects and business consulting, leveraging my extensive knowledge and experience to empower individuals and organizations to achieve their goals.
Expertise
I have offered my expertise as a consultant for EU projects, supporting NGOs and companies to plan and realize Youth Exchanges and Erasmus+ KA1 and KA2 projects.
