Welcome to Zoran Mitrović Consulting. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Overview

Zoran Mitrović Consulting provides business consulting services to companies, NGOs, non-profit organizations, and entrepreneurs, with a focus on international relations, project management, social impact, and cross-cultural exchanges. These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Zoran Mitrović Consulting, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

2. Services Provided

Consulting Services: We offer strategic consulting in areas such as project management, business identity, talent acquisition, sustainable business development, and more.
Training and Development: We provide training courses in entrepreneurship, leadership, and other key areas.
Erasmus+ and NGO Support: We assist clients in navigating Erasmus+ programs, project development, and collaboration with companies, educational institutions and NGOs.

3. Client Obligations

Provision of Information: Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information required for the performance of our services.
Collaboration: Clients are expected to collaborate with Zoran Mitrović Consulting by providing access to necessary resources, personnel, and data required to deliver the agreed-upon services.

4. Fees and Payment

Fee Structure: Fees for consulting services will be outlined in a proposal or contract provided to the client. The fee structure may include hourly rates, fixed project fees, or retainers.
Payment Terms: Payments are due within 30 days of invoice unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur additional charges as outlined in the specific agreement.
Currency: All payments shall be made in the currency specified in the invoice, typically in Euros (EUR) or Serbian dinar (RSD).

5. Confidentiality

Confidential Information: Both parties agree to keep all confidential information shared during the course of the engagement private and not to disclose it to third parties without prior consent.
Non-Disclosure: Zoran Mitrović Consulting will not use any confidential information for any purpose other than providing the contracted services.

6. Intellectual Property

Ownership: All materials, reports, and deliverables created by Zoran Mitrović Consulting during the engagement remain the intellectual property of Zoran Mitrović Consulting unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
License: Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for their internal business purposes only.

7. Limitation of Liability

Scope of Liability: Zoran Mitrović Consulting will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided.
Cap on Liability: The total liability of Zoran Mitrović Consulting for any claim arising from the services provided shall not exceed the total amount of fees paid by the client for those services.

8. Termination of Services

Termination by Client: The client may terminate the engagement with Zoran Mitrović Consulting by providing 30 days’ written notice.
Termination by Zoran Mitrović Consulting: We reserve the right to terminate the engagement if the client fails to meet their obligations or breaches these terms and conditions.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, the client is liable for any fees incurred up to the date of termination.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Serbia or Spain, depending on the client’s location, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Dispute Resolution

Mediation: Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will first be attempted to be resolved through mediation.
Arbitration: If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of an agreed-upon arbitration organization.

11. Amendments

Zoran Mitrović Consulting reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes in advance.

12. Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, along with any proposal or contract, constitute the entire agreement between Zoran Mitrović Consulting and the client and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
